A specialised die merges the molten outer, core, and inner layers into a single engineered film.

Bubble inflation
Film is blown into a continuous bubble and air-ring cooled to lock in clarity and strength.

Gauge control
Automated thickness gauging monitors every micron for uniformity across the full web width.

Slitting & winding
Film is slit to width, wound onto cores, then inspected and approved by quality control.

Packing & dispatch
Finished rolls are labelled, packed, and dispatched with reliable logistics to your facility.
